  • Waterfront Access: Every home includes a dedicated wet slip, offering easy access to the picturesque lake. The wet slip is automatically included with each home and is not subject to negotiation.
     

  • Resort Amenities: Indulge in a range of Pelican Point resort amenities, from a sparkling pool to tennis and basketball courts, volleyball, tetherball, and horseshoes.
     

  • Marina Property Lot Lease Fee: Monthly lot rent varies based on the view, with lake view lots at $370/month and non-lake view lots at $340/month. This fee covers essential services, including the wet slip, water, sewer, and trash service.
     

  • Residential Limitations: Please note that these homes are not available for full-time living. Subletting or using them as VRBO or Airbnb rentals is strictly prohibited.
     

  • Marina Lease Requirement: Buyers must sign the Marina Lease, commit to monthly lot rent payments, and maintain a secondary residence.
